PAYMENTS AND POLICIES:
PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit for each event is due by the date specified, no exceptions. All reservation deposit payments are non-refundable, and due on or before payment due date unless specifically stated. If payment is more than 10 days late, we have the right to cancel the reservation and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable as result of contractual obligations with our various vendors. You may resell your package to another person; however, you CANNOT TRANSFER MONEY to someone else within that group or any other group. It is your responsibility to resell your package and provide this notification in writing with the replacement name. Payments must continue to be made monthly to keep the reservation secured.
The group leader will pay "his or her" first deposit. (To form the Group) Then, all other roommates can make their deposit within 48 hours, separately through their separate LOGIN account. It is extremely important for the group leader to fill out the registration form and list everyone’s email address and phone number accurately. We will also need this information to email you, your login info.Once the group leader registers and makes their first deposit, an email will be sent to all roommates, so that they can create their password and login to make their separate payments. Every guest registered must have a separate email address. Your phone number that you enter, will be also used to send you information via text. Please “opt-in” to receive text messages. Your phone number or e-mail address will not be given or sold to any third party.
In order to lock in your package, the remaining group members have 48 hours to make their initial deposit. If a group member does not make his or her deposit within 48 hours time frame, we will revise the Package Price to reflect the occupancy of all roommates who have made a deposit.
Example: (If the group leader registers 4 guests, and only 3 members make their deposit, the package price will be revised to a Triple Occupancy)
After the initial deposit, each roommate can pay separately via the payment options provided. If a cancellation occurs where one or more travelers alters the room occupancy requirements, the remaining travelers will be required to pay a revised occupancy rate. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to this policy for personal emergencies or for any reason, including weather, acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest or government action (deployment).
CHANGES TO GROUP
You can make up to 2 changes to your group (for free). After the 2nd change, it's a cost of $25 per change.
METHOD OF PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made online on our website or mailed directly to us. Paying online with your credit card is the most convenient method of payment. “Pay with a Credit or Debit Card, This payment option is made available through a secured gateway and your credit card is not stored on our website. There are no Processing Fees. After browsing our site for packages you wish to purchase, just place your order online. This information is completely confidential, and will not be revealed due to the secured gateway method. You will be issued a receipt with an invoice number. Each guest is able to view their individual payment record online and your check your balances owed.
Mail-In Payments: If you choose to mail-in your initial deposit or monthly payment, please make all money orders, personal checks and cashier checks payable to Trippin' Travel Enterprise. Mail your Payment to Trippin' Travel Enterprise. P. O. Box 680803 Orlando, Florida 32868. However, prior to mailing in your payment, please make sure that your Group Leader has filled out the Registration Form Online. The Registration Form only has to be filled out one time.
Payments MUST be made monthly until fully paid to keep your reservation secured. Non-payment will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all monies paid to date. The payment plan will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. There is a $25.00 service charge fee for any returned personal checks.
Payments made through PayPal, Eventbrite or Square, are assessed a service fee and travelers are responsible for such fees. [This fee is automatically calculated in the payment cart.] Service fee charges do not decrease your trip balance.
To grant an extension on your final payment, you cannot be behind on your monthly payments. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All final payments are due on the date specified on the event package. Payments that are being mailed in must be postmarked by the payment deadline date. Any payments received after the deadline date will incur a $25-$50 late fee and will need to be paid no later than 10 days after the payment deadline date or you are at risk of your room being forfeited.
Late Fees will apply for payments not made by the Final Due Date of your Booked Event!

Travel insurance is available for purchase. For information or to purchase trip cancellation insurance, visit www.travelguard.com. Certain restrictions apply and you have 15 days to purchase the travel insurance after making your initial deposit. We can provide you with a receipt for Travel Insurance Purposes.
Hotel room assignments are at the discretion of the selected hotel and not Trippin Travel Enterprise.
Hotel confirmation numbers will be given to all Registered Paid Guests approx. 2 weeks before each event. If the final payment is not paid by 11:59 PM of the date specified, a late fee will be applied immediately in the amount of $25-$50. We also reserve the right to increase the late fee if the final payment is not made within a reasonable period of time. We will notify you by email, the late fee increase charge.Everyone must be 18 years or older to ride the motor coach. Hotels require that you present a credit card or debit card at check-in for incidentals.
LIMITED TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Trippin’ Travel Enterprise and any sponsoring institution, is acting only as an intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services which are not directly supplied by Trippin’ Travel Enterprise such as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, event tickets, and cruises. Trippin’ Travel Enterprise, and any sponsoring institution, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Trippin’ Travel Enterprise shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other action, omissions or conditions outside the coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, vouchers or booking after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions or group members.
The Client/Customers, by engaging with Trippin’ Travel Enterprise/Essence Festival Tour and making deposit and/ or full payment for the package arrangement specified, acknowledges the position of Trippin’ Travel Enterprise as stipulated by the foregoing and agrees to hold Trippin’ Travel Enterprise blameless in making the arrangements on his/her behalf, provided same shall be made through generally acceptable suppliers at the time of engagement, and further agrees that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. The Client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour and services as set forth by the suppliers. Rates are subject to change without notice. Hotel, tours and event tickets are subject to availability. Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute the consent of all provisions stated herein.
All Client/Customers, who register their email and/or purchase Travel Packages or other services from Trippin’ Travel Enterprise/Essence Festival Tour through dedicated sites, by phone, or fax, will be considered customers of Trippin’ Travel Enterprise. We reserve the right to change times, locations and venues of any event listed. We reserve the right to exchange any option listed without notice. However, any changes in options will be equal to the listed option. We have the right to refuse service to anyone and Trippin’ Travel Enterprise will exercise that right.
We are not affiliated with Essence Music Festival or Essence Communications, Jazz In The Gardens, NBA All-Stars. We are a Licensed and Bonded Seller of Travel who offers travel packages!
