Standard 4* Hotel Room:(2 Twin Beds Or 1 King Bed)

Double: $3,200 pp (2 in Room 2-beds)

Single: $4,300 pp (1 in Room)

Payment plan: $100.00 initial deposit per person, then a $100.00 or more monthly payment due between the 1st and 15th of every month.

The final payment is due June 15, 2026.

Passport: Is required and cannot expire 6 months of departure to London

Group Registration: One member of the group must fill out the registration form based on how many people are in the room and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions.

The group member who completed the registration form will pay his or her first deposit to secure the travel package. Next, all other group members will receive an email with an invitation link within minutes so they can register and make their initial deposit. If an email is not seen in your GROUP MEMBER inbox within 1-3 minutes, have them check their spam/junk folder and mark the email as "Not Spam or Not Junk"

It is extremely important for the group leader to complete the registration form and list everyone's email address and phone number accurately for database purposes.

NOTE:

1. You can only register a name or an email address once.

2. Avoid using a Work, or Yahoo, email with high filters.

To secure your registered travel package, the remaining group members have 48 hours to make their initial deposit. If a group member does not make his or her deposit within 48 hours time frame, the package price will reflect the occupancy of all roommates who have paid a deposit.

Example: (If the group leader registers 4 members, and only 3 members make their deposit, the package price will reflect a Triple Occupancy).

Due to contractual obligations, all deposits and payments to Trippin' Travel Enterprises are non-refundable and non-transferable after 48 hours of initial deposit. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment for unforeseen emergencies.
